To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

You and PrepThis agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
